Stuff I made, stuff I thought, stuff I lol'd at.

Almost three days of fighting and the PC is barely stable now. But MS Teams still eats shit, won't open, can't sign in. The can't-restart-properly thing is still happening but whatever, I've given up on it. Also Claude Opus 4.8 dropped. Thanks to all the PC drama I've slept maybe... under 14 hours total across these three days? Completely wrecked, zero mood left to make bots. Oh, and I might randomly stream games on Twitch.

I've been referred to a hematologist, basically a blood specialist. My white blood cell count has been abnormally high for at least two years and my GP can't figure out why, so they want a specialist to take a closer look and rule out anything serious. Sent an email to make an appointment at our local government hospital. I might pause all activities for a month or two just in case. (My body's not letting me do much lately anyway.)

Body's been off. Two years ago (2024) I already had inflammation plus iron deficiency but the doctor I had then didn't say shit. Which is why this year pneumonia fucking decked me. Now I'm stuck taking antibiotics every day, miserably. Full five days, then I have to go back for follow-up on May 2. (Fuck, April 30 is when I have to work and it's gonna be so busy, so annoyinggg! Just thinking about it has me stressed enough to start having trouble breathing.) Feels like if I keep going like this I'm gonna end up with asthma or some respiratory issue. 😌 Oh great, between the high blood pressure and the respiratory stuff and… now I'm sickly and wrung out all over, no energy whatsoever to finish the bot.

Another nerd moment. Being tortured by Opus 4.7 hallucinations. (Don't get me wrong, I love you girl, but you've been feeding me fake data constantly, lmao.) I didn't want to run Claude Code in the terminal at first, but I'm the kind of person who hunts for a tool the moment a problem shows up. And the desktop app has no way to switch models right now, so I ended up accepting the thing my eyes first recoiled from. After some customizing (with Claude walking me through it), I installed Windows Terminal. Didn't even have it, probably a win10 thing. Swapped the background to the grey I use everywhere else (JAI, this site, the most stared-at colour of my life), changed the font to one that handles emoji and CJK. Much more comfortable now.

Now I have to actually get used to working in the terminal lol. For design-related stuff I'll probably still fall back to desktop. Probably. Maybe. Not sure, still thinking.

(Also: first time this week my Max 5 plan hit the weekly cap and I burned through extra credit. Wow. 4.7 you really eat huh ww.)

I hate opening a dedicated app just to jot something down, then reopening the same app on PC to pull it over. So I got nerdy enough to ask Claude if there's a way around it. She set me up with a localhost bridge, phone sends text, PC clipboard catches it, ctrl+V and done. No app opens. No tab switches. Even images go through. Too good lol.

I got so much ideas but now have zero motivation (though I'm researching on Knight and Princess). Burst mode is terrible lmao.

• playing Suno, making songs with my own voices
• surviving lol

• Niji 7 is terrible (in a good way). I need rest for a week to make research for my Limited bot (but mostly go play RE4:remake again) :p
• our girl River gonna do me new CSS yeah! Had discuss the whole themes and even have visual aid with Claude help for her to do it. Let's wait patiently! And also I'm thinking next bot might be the dom/sub multiple.
